Yes, on products that show our 60-day money-back guarantee on their page, such as Ashwagandha + Lion's Mane. Your first order of that product is covered, so you can try it without risk. If it isn't right for you, contact us within 60 days of receiving your order and we'll refund you to your original payment method.

• Opened pouches: keep them, there's no need to send them back.
• Unopened pouches: please send them back, and we'll refund them once they arrive. We'll tell you where to send them.

The guarantee is for your first order of a product, once per customer. Later orders are covered by our 30-day returns for unopened products.

Each pack and product page shows how many capsules to take a day. Take them with water, ideally with food, and at the same time each day, for example with breakfast, so the habit is easy to keep.

Please don't take more than the recommended daily amount.

Natural supplements build up with daily use rather than working overnight, and everyone is different. Take yours every day for at least a few weeks to give it a fair trial. Each product page says more about what to expect.

If a product contains caffeine, it's listed on its label and product page. Ashwagandha + Lion's Mane is caffeine-free, so you can take it alongside your usual coffee or tea.

Most people take our supplements without any problems. A few notice a mild upset stomach, and taking the capsules with food usually helps.

Ashwagandha + Lion's Mane is vegan, gluten-free and contains none of the 14 major allergens. Every product page and pack lists its full ingredients and allergens, so you can check before you buy.

Yes. Our ingredients are plant-based, with nothing from animals and no alcohol, so they suit halal and kosher diets.

Ashwagandha + Lion's Mane contains no ingredients on the World Anti-Doping Agency's prohibited list. Our products haven't been through a sport testing scheme such as Informed Sport, so if you're drug-tested, check with your sport's governing body first.

KSM-66 is one of the most studied ashwagandha root extracts in the world. It's standardised to 5% withanolides, so every batch is consistent, and it's the extract used in many of the clinical studies on ashwagandha.

Take 2 capsules a day with water, ideally with food. It's caffeine-free, so it works morning or evening. Many people take it with breakfast for calm focus through the day, and some prefer the evening as part of winding down.

Each pouch holds 120 capsules, which lasts 60 days at 2 capsules a day.

Some people notice calmer, clearer days within the first couple of weeks. The studies on KSM-66 ashwagandha measured results after 8 weeks of daily use.

They're a standard capsule size, about 19 mm long, and easy to swallow with a drink of water.

You don't have to. Most studies on KSM-66 ran for 8 to 12 weeks of daily use. Some people like to take a short break after a pouch or two and see how they feel. Either approach is fine.

It isn't suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or for anyone under 18. Please check with your GP or pharmacist before taking it if you:
