Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. Delivery is free on every order.

How long it takes

We pack and send orders from the UK with Royal Mail. Most orders arrive within 1 to 2 working days of being sent. Our pouches fit through a standard letterbox, so you don't need to be in.

Tracking

Every order includes Royal Mail tracking. We email you a tracking link when your order is sent.

If your order hasn't arrived

Royal Mail can sometimes take a few extra days. If it has been more than 5 working days since your order was sent, email us at support@nooroots.com with your order number. We'll chase it, and if it has been lost we'll send a replacement free of charge.

Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, or something is missing, email support@nooroots.com with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement free of charge.

Changing your address or cancelling

We pack orders quickly, so contact us as soon as you can. If your order hasn't been sent yet, we can change the address or cancel it and refund you in full.

Subscriptions

Subscription deliveries are sent the same way, free of charge, after each payment. You can skip, change or cancel from your account.
