This website is operated by Nooroots Nutrition Ltd ("Nooroots", "we", "us" and "our"), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 14009059) at 5th Floor, City Reach, 5 Greenwich View Place, London E14 9NN.

These terms apply whenever you visit our website or buy from us. Please read them before placing an order. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them, along with our privacy policy, refund policy, shipping policy and cancellation policy.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. Using our store

  • You must be 18 or over to buy from us.
  • You must not use our products or website for anything unlawful, or in a way that breaks any law where you live.
  • You must not send viruses or any other harmful code, or try to get around the website's security.
  • If you break these terms, we may stop you using the website.

2. Our products

  • Our products are food supplements. They should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake shown on the label.
  • Please read the label before use. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical supervision, speak to your doctor before taking any supplement.
  • We take care to show our products accurately, but colours on your screen may differ slightly from the real product.
  • Information on our website, including our guides, is for general interest only and is not medical advice.

3. Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery to UK addresses is free.
  • We may change prices at any time, but changes never affect an order we have already accepted.
  • If we find a mistake in a price or product description after you have ordered, we will contact you. You can then go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
  • Payment is taken when you place your order. Checkout and payments are handled securely by Shopify, and we never see or store your full card number.

4. Your order

  • Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm we have sent your order.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, the price is wrong or we suspect fraud. If we do, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.
  • We may limit the quantity of products sold per customer or per order.
  • Please give us complete and accurate details so we can deliver your order and contact you about it.

5. Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery times and what to do if your order hasn't arrived are explained in our shipping policy.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Under UK law you have 14 days from delivery to cancel an online order. This right does not cover supplements whose seal has been opened, for hygiene reasons. Our refund policy explains your options, which go further than the law requires, including our 30-day returns and our 60-day money-back guarantee where a product page shows it.

7. Subscriptions

If you choose a subscription, you will receive and pay for repeat deliveries until you cancel. You can skip, change or cancel at any time. See our cancellation policy for details.

8. Faulty or damaged products

If a product arrives damaged, is faulty or isn't what you ordered, please email us at support@nooroots.com and we will put it right. You have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for goods that are faulty or not as described.

9. Reviews, comments and other things you send us

  • If you send us reviews, feedback, ideas or other content, you allow us to use, edit and publish them in any medium. We will not change the meaning of a customer review.
  • Your content must be honest and lawful. It must not be offensive, misleading or infringe anyone else's rights.
  • We may remove content that breaks these rules.

11. Links to other websites

Our website may link to websites run by other companies. We are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.

12. Our website and content

  • All content on this website, including text, images, logos and designs, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
  • We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or free of errors.

13. Our responsibility to you

  • If we break these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that was a foreseeable result of our breach. We are not responsible for loss or damage that was not foreseeable.
  • We supply our products for personal use only. We are not liable for any business loss, such as loss of profit or business interruption.
  • We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, and for breaching your legal rights as a consumer.

14. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as postal disruption or severe weather. If this happens, we will tell you and do what we reasonably can to limit the effect. If the delay is long, you can cancel for a refund of anything you have paid for products not yet received.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

16. Other important terms

  • If a court finds part of these terms unlawful, the rest will still apply.
  • If we do not enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later.
  • These terms are between you and us. No one else has any rights under them.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
